Mattress is very hard, let them know and they did not replace it, but they did immediately replace the pillows which were lumpy.  Otherwise no problems so far.

Experience with local school system.

If you have stayed in this particular housing before, was this a deciding factor for you to return and why?

Couldn't figure out whether the others had one time pet fee or periodic, so as I was relatively satisfied with Oakwood, just stayed with them.  Also they immediately respond to my inquiry on availability and the others took a few days.
