Our washing machine went out and because it was a holiday weekend it would take longer to get a new one so they gave us a key to an empty apartment to do our laundry! There were several other instances where they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Very wonderful people!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Concord. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Short drive to movie theater, stores in Arlington, Alexandria, and Pentagon City mall area. Crystal city shops has an indoor walkway to the metro. Crystal Dr. is a great place to walk around day or night. It's a 3 mile walk along the Mt Vernon trail to the Jefferson Memorial, so it is possible to walk or ride a bike to DC. If you don't have much luggage you can even walk to Reagan airport. Also there is a parking garage so you never get wet when it's raining! We did not have pets but it is a pet friendly building :) We would definitely stay here again!!
