Overall, I had a very positive experience and appreciated the program.
One area for constructive feedback is the intro to the program when a new hire starts. When I joined, I was sent to the facebook page to learn about my options with the direct bill program. There was lots of good info on facebook, but I found it difficult to sort through as the initial intro to the program. A list of the three main vendors with links to their sites would have been more useful.
