There seems to be a great number of families needing 3 bedroom units.  We are now a family of 5 and would absolutely need a 3 bedroom and would not use direct billing unless they could accommodate us.  There seems to be so many families that are on a waiting list, which seems complicated and challenging.  I would much rather simply find my own housing and write a rent check if we could not be appropriately accommodated.
