My only complaint about NCH is that our housing location (address) was changed three days before we moved in, without any notice to us. I called NCH to inquire about moving in a day early and paying for it out of pocket, and that was the first time we were informed that we were going to be staying in a completely different building. I am not sure if/when they were planning to tell us, but I am glad I made that phone call. It caused a couple of hiccups with receiving our UAB (it was sent to the original address) and mail. Otherwise, we have had a positive experience with NCH.
