I am very satisfied. Harris Teeter is a 5-minute walk. Giant is 10 minutes away, and Trader Joe's is about 15 minutes away by foot.

they always got back with us quickly, but their contract providers didn't always get it done. the housekeeping was poor, just going through the motions. when we had a problem with our bed, they didn't address the problem (no support bar underneath), they just replaced the mattress. I ended up buying something to fix the problem.

Comparing notes with friends who have stayed with other companies, I would choose either BOQ or an Oakwood-managed unit, but not in an Oakwood property. Others were far more satisfied with the service provided by those companies. In fact, except for people who live in Oakwood-owned properties, I don't hear complaints from anybody outside of NCH.
