If you have stayed in this particular housing before, was this a deciding factor for you to return and why?
Yes, we stayed here once before, before we had kids, and it was in a great location. Restaurants, metro, grocery store, etc. And the apartments were pretty nice. When it came time to pick a place to stay, we went with what we knew and chose Ballston Place since we had been satisfied with it previously.
