I feel that Oakwood Falls Church has improved greatly in the past few years when it comes to customer service. This is our third time here and they've been super responsive. In the past, not so much.

If you have stayed in this particular housing before, was this a deciding factor for you to return and why?
The deciding factor was that it's convenient, the community is really great (we love making so many new FS friends here) and the Falls Church schools are really good. We feel like Oakwood Falls Church has kind of become a home away from home for our kids...perhaps one of their most permanent places.

This is our 3rd time staying at Oakwood Falls Church so we've become pros. We bring most of our own kitchen stuff and most of our own bedding. This time we wanted all 3 kids to sleep in one room and use the third room as a guest room/office so we also purchased bunk beds and shelving from IKEA. We had Oakwood remove all excess furniture (e.g. we put the kids clothes in hanging bins in the closet which makes the living space much more roomy. I feel that this is the sort of place that can really be what you make it. For us it's always worked out really well and I think we're getting better at making it feel like home.
