The apartment is very nice, and the location is awesome. Our only issue has been the incredibly cheap furniture provided by NCH, in particular the bed. Our queen bed was worse than a cheap motel mattress. Really, really awful, plus the bed frame was really wiggly and squeaky. We tried several solutions, even putting the mattress directly on the floor, but eventually had to buy our own bed to sleep comfortably. I know that many other NCH clients have had this problem and that NCH management is aware of it, so hopefully the beds will be upgraded in the near future.
