Fully furnished apartments. Came with initial basics of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Also kitchen pots/pans, utensils, etc. Knives are pretty bad, but really a pretty thorough kitchen, including tupperware.

The apartments at Oakwood are pretty ugly, but the community, location, and amenities more than make up for it in our opinion. We'd definitely stay there again.
