If you have stayed in this particular housing before, was this a deciding factor for you to return and why?

Yes - we returned for the location and the FSI shuttle.  The apartments are small, dated, and dingy, but sufficient.  For between tours, this is a good location if you have to accumulate consumables because it is so close to the Costco.

Oakwood Crystal city is very packout-friendly and there weren't problems with arranging loading and such.
